How to fully use the Fidly application?
First, you have to contact Fidly and then register to be able to take full advantage of all the possibilities of the application (exchange and donation of points in particular). In particular, by connecting either your Google, Linkedin, Apple account or by manually entering your login and password.
What do the maps in our network correspond to?
As an affiliate customer of the loyalty program, the cards correspond to merchants with whom you are registered.
What is the FID (F) in the application?
First of all, the FID is our “Token point standard” allowing us to transfer your points very easily from one business to another and from one program to another. At the moment, the Token is not redeemable on any exchange platform. However, you can very easily exchange the accumulated points from one shop to another.
How can I benefit from my loyalty points?
To get started, simply go to the store and make a purchase. Then the merchant will deduct the associated discount or reward from your purchase. After making a purchase in the store, the merchant will credit you with points upon presentation of your QR code.
How do I KNOW how many points my program has?
Namely, we only display the number of points of the Fidly partner stores. Indeed, you can dematerialize all your loyalty cards. Thus, using the “All your cards” button, all your cards will be stored in a secure Wallet.
Do I have to have my loyalty card to be able to benefit from my points or be credited?
No! Because the merchant can easily credit or debit you with points via their loyalty program management interface.
Do you have a referral program?
At this time, we do not have a referral program that allows you to earn additional loyalty points.
How to join the loyalty program?
First, you just have to go to the store of your choice and make a purchase. Then, you can be attached to the loyalty program.
How do I donate my points before they expire?
First, in the contact section, invite the person you want to give your points to. Secondly, they will be invited to download the mobile application. Thirdly, you will be able to easily exchange and/or give your points.
Can I convert my loyalty points to another program?
Indeed, you can exchange your loyalty points from one program to another. However, the only condition is that the merchant agrees to share his points from one program to another.
How to register a loyalty card
First, download the application Fidly. Then, in the “Card section”, click on add a card. Then, scan the barcode of your loyalty card. Finally, name it and you’re done!
Can I dematerialize any type of loyalty card?
Generally speaking, thanks to our application dedicated loyalty mobile, you can very easily register any type of card. First of all, you can do it by scanning the barcode of your card. Or by manually entering the information. Finally, you can also dematerialize points cards from your favorite merchants and stamp cards.
What is my QR code?
Essentially, the QR code is your unique identifier that the merchant will scan when making a purchase in their store. If you have any problem, don’t hesitate to contact Fidly !
How to benefit from the offers?
In order to benefit from an offer, you must have enough points to take advantage of it. Then, click on it and go to the store. Finally, the retailer will have been notified and will validate it directly at the time of the sale. Provided that the merchant is a Fidly partner.
Can I transfer my points to a Token exchange platform?
At this time, this feature is not available. However, you can redeem your points with your friends or family as long as they are members of the program.
